Knowshon Moreno hurdles Ed Reed
Peyton Manning remains the centerpiece of the Broncos’ offense, but Knowshon Moreno’s sudden resurgence over the past four weeks continues to be a major development. Moreno, who did not have a carry from Week 3 to Week 11, took over Denver’s starting running back spot after Willis McGahee suffered a season-ending knee injury.
The 25-year-old Moreno put his athleticism on display early Sunday in Baltimore. Moreno capped a 20-yard run — his longest of the season — by hurdling Baltimore safety Ed Reed.

DILLON: MORENO RUNNING AWAY WITH SECOND OPPORTUNITY

As a UGA grad, I saw Knowshon many times. I was amazed that he was benched in Denver, and more amazed there was talk of cutting him this past summer! I knew what he was capable of doing, and I'm very glad to see him getting his chance. Denver better lock him up, or I can see him in a Falcons uniform soon!
