Chiefs players react to death of Jovan Belcher
The murder-suicide that claimed the lives of Jovan Belcher and his girlfriend Saturday morning sent the Kansas City community, the Chiefs and the NFL world into a state of shock.
Later Saturday, current and former Chiefs players took to Twitter to grieve and ask for support. Below is a sampling of their messages.

Someone needs to tell "59's" idiotic team mates that he killed someone else other than himself.
No one has the right to kill anyone, especially in a domestic violence situation. Pray for the families. As for Belcher, he's a murderer and a coward. Call me what you want. A woman is dead, a child left without any parents and 2 families are suffering because someone acted like a damn fool. @JeffArtis

My prayers go out to the mother of the murdered girlfriend and her grand child. May God give them strength.
